My PMs are going the the outbox

I have been trying to send some PMs to people and they are going to my outbox.
Am I doing something wrong? Is that normal and I just noticed it?
I am getting PMs but I am not sure if people are getting my PMs.

That is normal. It is in the outbox until the addressee get the message.

I have damn near bitch slapped people at work how tell me they did not get an email only to goback ans see it hanging out in the outbox.

If you're using outlook at work, you most likely have reached your mailbox size limit and can't send or receive anymore.

We mange that through active directory where I work (capital one)
