Random failure to rev, no throttle response

    Alright, so this weekend I replaced all the engine control vacuum lines I could, many weren't hooked up at all. I also swapped the 86 5 speed ecu for another one that is cleaner, and finally unplugged and checked the electrical connections that I could see. So far, I've taken it for a few drives and the problem hasn't come up. I'm hoping it is solved. However, now the idle likes to surge between 500-100rpm, so I'm going to make use of the ASCO block off plates next.
