pathfinder oil filter on stock vg30et

Is this possible? Used to put them on my s30… (searching on a mobile phone brought up no answers). Thx

Which year of Pathfinder?
The earlier years are the same of the 300zx.
The later years with the vg33 have a smaller diameter filter, which will not work.

L2xs use the same seal diameter and thread pattern oil filters as VG30E(T)s, however use a larger filter housing (Its literally the Ford filter used on 5.0s etc). VG30E(T)s used the small, Nissan, version…as did KA24s, etc…so due to this, Ford windsor v8 filters fit Ls and VG30s…as well as KAs, L filters fit VGs, etc

There was a really good thread I read somewhere about different options. The Nissan filter I was using for my L28E was larger than the stock s130 as well as the Z31. However if Ford V8s are the way to go I will just stick with that. Any specific year and model to use? (I know Nissan changed filter sizes among the various VQs even though they were all interchangeable.)
