    This almost looks like this bumper was installed on a car with Zenki headlights and hood. Proudear stuff usually looks top notch from other pictures I've seen.

    So they liked Zenki headlights and decided to modify/cut their hood to make them fit. Then they decided to cover them up with tinted lenses with the new bumper.
