    Maybe you didn't see the "per se" part of my post. You shouldn't need to change/adjust anything if all the parts are in proper functioning order.

    Usually when my nwc T5 grinds between gears its time for a rebuild and a clutch upgrade.

    I've got it down to the point where I can rip the sucker out Friday after work and drive it home on Sunday night.

    There isn't a lot to rebuilding a nwc T5.

    IF it was adjusted to the old setup incorrectly and you put the new stuff on, then you still may need to adjust it. Lets say you adjusted the master so that there is no play in the pedal due to possibly a bad master or slave. When you put your new stuff on and its working correctly, the extra adjustment will probably put the new adjustment slightly out of where they should be.
