Installing Isis short throw shifter V2

Huh, I don't know how I missed Shuman's post but yeah, what he said.

The Isis shifter is a straight bolt on part, I had one on my 86 NA transmission. The 2 bolts closest to the engine can be a pain. When I did the shifter on my T5 recently, rather than fighting with it I just drilled holes in the tunnel directly above the bolt to make accessing them easier.
