    My R200 and Z31 subfame have been subjected to 540rwtq driving mickey thompson drag radials for over 3 years now without issue.

    To improve oil supply to the front bearing and pinion seal, mentioned by NissanEgg as a problem. the R200 case for my Z31 project race car has been modified by drilling and tapping two holes into it. One in to the upper oil feed channel and one just behind the front bearing, fittings and a connector hose complete the mod, see pics below. Oil feed channel above the pinion hole, below the pinion hole is the drain back channel.
