Custom short shifter for the 30A (FS5R30A)

Pics of the Z34 insulator installed. It's really quite simple, just place the plate over the boot, mark positions for new holes, make new holes, and install. The two corners in the front edge need trimming to not interfere with the center console mounting points and the sides can optionally be trimmed as well. As I noted before, it's a bit bulky for the original leather boot. I would definitely recommend it for anyone running a shifter with this type of mounting plate. As I pointed out before, it will make the original rubber boot wear out quicker.
