my vg30et not running good in high rev

Hello Guys

I have a vg30et build in my ford siërra for track use. the engine is from a 86nissan 300zx turbo
Now it runs but its not that fast on gaspedal response.
I buyed a running car, car dint run that good from itself but it run, got the hole wiring from it and got it over in the ford.
I have cut out the feul pump thats just straight on battery whit a switch.
And my tacho and speedo meter doesnt work.
Is my ecu now giving wrong info or should that doesnt make any differents.
The problem is the engine doesnt react that fast on trottle and it looks like it doesnt run on top of its rev,s i think it runs around 4500rpm,s dont know for sure because tacho doesnt work.

Can anybody shine some light on this?
