I picked up some varrstoens over the summer, and was wondering what is the best/safest way to do spacers??
i only need +5mm

5mm is that no man's land. Some people use extended stud others don't.
If it were me I would run ichiba 50mm studs and ichiba 5~10mm spacer depending on how much room you really need.

All depends on what hub he is using. I have always swapped/upgraded to slip on hubs with all my cars. Much easier to work with.86na - BlueZ

Easy as pie then.
I would snag some longer studs to go with the spacer. Super easy to install on slip on hubs, plus if you ever end up using a 10mm or 15mm sometime you will be good to go.86na - BlueZ
