    Friend of a friend who lives in Japan and happened to have a "spare" that he was willing to sell. It wasn't cheap either but I felt it was worth having. I know by posting and saying "lookie what I got" it looks douche-y on my part but it just might help get an accurate repro made someday. I know someone on this forum has been working on a repro so maybe it'll help him/her in some way, if necessary.
