Few questions on dash and seats

Any thoughts on the dashboard caps you see for sale on ebay? Anyone have any experience with them? I guess they glue on top of the old dashboard? I know an upholstery shop would probably be expensive, but if the caps aren't a good option....

My seats are in terrible shape, I found and ordered some leather seat backs, but haven't been able to get the seat bottoms or headrests. I most likely am looking at having to go to an upholstery shop to get them done. The original seats are the two tone blue leather GLL seats. Has anyone had this done? What was the ball park cost?

I appreciate any input you can provide. Lots of great information out there on these awesome cars.
