Replacement ECU connectors - found 2 of 3, hunting 3rd

I've found replacement connectors and terminals for two of the 3 Z31 ECU connectors.

The 20 pin connector is an Amp/Tyco 172047-2 and the 16-pin connector is an Amp/Tyco 172021-2. I ordered some from Allied Electronics and confirmed the fit, see pics. Both can use 1-170291-1 terminals.

I am still unable to identify the larger 15-pin connector, though it does have a “SJD2” marking that may be a hint. The Link ECU guys definitely know how to source it since they sell a drop-in replacement ECU for the Holden VL Commodore that used a Nissan powertrain with an ECU that has identical connectors to the Z31 (see http://wiki.r31skylineclub.com/index.php/ECU for details) but I haven't had any luck getting them to reveal their source or even a part number.

I've also been bugging Yury @ wiringspecialties.com to sell replacement Z31 harnesses but he too can't source the 15 pin connector.
