No power to blower or radio while running?

I have a ’84 non-turbo analog dash with manual climate control. Started it up yesterday and had no power to the a/c-heater blower or the radio. Checked fuses and all looked good. Went back and turned key to acc/on position and had power to both systems…blower motor worked fine as did the radio. Started it up and again no power to either. Would appreciate any suggestions or thoughts. Thanks
