Light under dash that shine on flor wont turn off

There are 3 switches that activate these, the passenger and driver door each has one and the rear hatch has one on the lock mechanism.

Try inspecting these and jiggle them around and see if you have an intermittant connection.

Could be either the hatch isn't shutting all the way (common) or the door switches (under the rubber boots) need cleaned/replaced or shimmed.

Those door switches have a rubber covering that get brittle and wear out and then that trashes the switch. I have replaced all of mine, also as noted by Karma could also be the rear latch which I had adjusted many years ago by a zen master Z mechanic (Z Expert in Venice, CA) who fixed it to eliminate a rattle.
