all the parts no one talks about

i am going to be building 2 engines. a 700+hp turbo engine for drag racing. and a 400+hp na2t dd. i know what i need to do but not what i need to get. i know what pistons and rods i'm using but no one says anything about stuff like main bearings rings various bearings. advance sells 10 different types of each one. any suggestions? what about valves. I've read alot of people like and dislike oversize valves. im getting over sized for the drag motor but i am unsure about the dd. i abuse my cars they HAVE to be tough. I'd like an 8000 rpm redline for the dd so im paying a local nissan freak to build my heads. he wants me to let him build my motors for a PRICE. i could build my motors mess them up and do it again for his price. i guess i just want to know about the little things in the motor. oh and what size muffler bearing should i get for a straight pipe exhaust? kidding. id really like some suggestions and advice. some sarcasm to.

Nissan main and rod bearings.Did you get the grade of the main bearings from your block yet? For rings i used "Perfect Circles".I am pretty sure they are made by clevite so no worries there.

I'd say get Clevite rod bearings because you aren't likely to find 12 good Nissan bearings.
And after reading your last post I have to ask why you want a 400whp car to drive 55

make sure you removed the small 10mm bolt on the corner. I forgot about it on the passenger side and broke a piece off the head.
