Sign me up for a set. These came out before XXR could get production running on their 969.

I was very near picking up the XXR 531's but these may be a serious game changer. Wonder what pricing will be for these…

I had thought so. Is there a reason people treat them different than Rota or XXR?

Some companies like rota are more concerned with longevity/durability, they add material to overcome inherent casting flaws, while sacrificing weight; contrast that with enkei that sacrifices some rigidity for weight savings, but uses advanced manufacturing techniques to avoid flaws

The top tier brands like weds/work/rays do everything well, and you have to pay for it

Replica manufacturers often don't produce wheels up to the same standard as the real thing, either in strength, weight, rigidity etc… I think varrstoen is just another copycat wheel maker, no worse than xxr in quality, but a lot of people look down on them for basically running a wheel piracy business

Supposedly the Varrstoen are a little bit higher quality replica, most of their wheels appear to be in the $800 to $1000 range for a set of 4, so that's probably around what these will go for.

    and looky what I found:

According to this site $1049 for a set of 4?
