Mail-In Apple HomePod Repair Service

Send it in, watch me fix it live, and only pay once it works. Repairs average $70 including shipping both ways in the US, with a 12-month warranty on parts and labor. If it can't be fixed, there's no charge. Here's exactly how the process works.

I've seen it all...so can you.

What sets Nic's Fix apart is simple; Do it live! It's all streamed on my YouTube channel.

Mail-In Repair Service

Want me to fix your HomePod, or maybe something else? Here's how!

1:

Submit a new repair request through the customer portal. You can also check the status of an existing request, submit for warranty work, and chat with me directly here!

* If you submitted a request to me via the old Google Form, or email, and haven't heard back from me yet, please put in a new request at portal.nicsfix.com to get your fix!

2:

Send your stuff in! If you use your own shipping, submit a repair request first. *You must include "#368" in the name, and Suite L in the street address! Repairs may cost more if damage occurs during shipping, so pack it well!

My UPS mailbox is a real store front with employees that sign for and keep packages secure until I can pick them up. Your tracking will show it as delivered before I have it in my hands! You'll get an update when I've gotten your gear.

3:

I'll shoot you a link to watch the repairs live on YouTube! Most are done and shipped back within 3-5 business days.
If repairs are successful, you'll get an invoice to pay, then a tracking number once it's shipped. If you opt to not have repairs done or it can't be fixed, there's no charge! You can donate, or pay for shipping if you want it back.

4:

Let me know how I did (or see what others think) on my TrustPilot!

*I normally reply within 2 business days, but it may take up to a week during busier seasons to keep up with present repairs! I am also moving so replies are even slower at this time... Check your spam folder, and feel free to try contacting me again if you don't get a response.

Repairing From Outside the US?

I accept repairs from anywhere in the world, but shipping gets expensive. Check the directory of HomePod repairers by country first, as there may be someone closer to you.
