I'm glad that the introduction of China turbo chargers (that appear to be doing the same job of the old turbo chargers), has come about. For holset guys looking for a smaller turbine housing than what's available (12cm is .89 A/R), you can go this route, which is close to the BEP .70 housing which does not share a T3 flange that we utilize on our OEM manifolds:

Chevy ran a holset in indy. Also one of the most powerful indy engines, to boot.

imho, it's not worth the extra money considering the idea of holsets is to get them cheap. I would only do so if it needed a rebuild!

He has given me the following information:
Stock Holset 12cm^2 is close to .78 - .80 A/R
HE351 has an HX40 comp wheel and a turbine wheel that is smaller than an HX35 wheel and in a smaller 9cm^2 housing. Essentially an HX40/35 hybrid, but smaller on the hotside.
Seems like a knowledgeable fellow, and perhaps anyone looking for Holset turbos or upgrades can msg him for some info/stock. -
