anyone with experience on bings products? I know some people who say they used to be good… back when he started out and didn't send absolutely everything overseas.

but apparently they can be had for a good price and they're still relatively good?

    maybe i'll just go PBM.
Bing used to use QA1 parts for the eyeballs, I don't know if he changed, they have a wide variety of versions if you look on their site

I'm collecting the parts to do this exact swap.
But i'm having issues finding a TT Z32 axle (half) shaft.

To confirm.. The J30 wheel side splines are 33mm??

I'm planning on using the knuckles off the Q45 and they need the 33mm dia wheel side spline.
The NA Z32 uses 30mm and is calling out the same joint type as the J30's.. the TT Z32 uses 33mm dia..

I have the complete Q45 rear sub assembly so i have any parts i need off of that.. It's just way too wide.. lol

Yep, as long as there the "5 star" bolt pattern. You could use the J30, Z32 NA, or Z32 TT diff also, they all use that 5 star bolt pattern. I use the Z32 NA because of the 4.09 ratio, Z32 TT is like 3.70, and J30 is 3.87 or something like that.

Z32 NA and J30 stuff is much easier to find and will hold up very well, there also all VLSD

Sorry, check above.. i was editing while you replied.. lol
It's not the 5 bolt diff end thats my issue, it's the splined wheel side..

use Z32 NA stuff, knuckle's, diff, etc to simplify your swap

Not going to happen, i have the whole rear section out of the Q45, so why go out and buy more parts.. lol..
Apparently Dmann did the same as i'm doing and has a source for the axles, i'm just waiting to hear back from him.

I have both the 6 bolt Q45 and the 5 bolt Q45-97 and up.
Using the 6-bolt, for wheel bearings I got a good deal on the ones from a R32 skyline(same as the Z32tt)

Kevin being T.O. you might have a better chance of finding a half shaft from a Skyline rather than a Z32tt same size again.

So you use a Q45 rear subframe? I thought z32/Q45 was to wide for the Z31.

this is his setup, just like mine and a few others

    s13 subframe
    q45 diff
    1 q45 axle
1 z32tt axle or skyline axle
    s13 diff cover
    j30 half moon rucas
    z32 or q45 uprights
and a few other tad bits here and there

Ok, confused me a little bit about the subframe. you guys are'nt binding the rear coilover/lower bushing using the Z32 or Q45 uprights? I had this issue on my old Z while using the Z32 rear uprights. Damn near ripped the bushing right out of the knuckle
