Your assertion that revisioning is somehow suggesting defective is stupid… I'll list some of the revision counts of my products, it's a natural part of the process

lca+tc rod replacement, currently up to version 7, revision average 4 (not released)
s13 coil adapter, 5 revisions.... version 2 was aborted
offset bumpsteer spacer, 2 versions, 3 revisions on final
wheel studs, 2 revisions for each type
steering knuckle replacement, 3 versions, revision average 2 (not released)

… and there's a few other sketches I haven't followed through with
